Our Quanzhou Milk Oolong tea is from the Wuyishan mountain range in China. It is a semi-fermented tea, which has been traditionally processed, methods of making this tea have remained the same throughout the years. This tea has a very creamy, buttery taste and when it is brewed well, the oolong provides a heavy flavour which is incredible on the tongue, because of its taste and texture milk is not recommended with this product. When brewing this product, make sure to steep it for around 5 minutes to get the full Oolong flavour. Amongst being a fantastic herbal tea, Oolong can be added to several recipes, including cookies, cakes, and jelly.
